FREE SHIPPING

We aim to provide our customers with high-quality service for a seamless experience. This is why we offer free international shipping from our warehouse in Asia. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes between 5 and 15 business days for most countries. However, please allow up to 40 days during peak periods (such as Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). Delivery times also vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. Approximate delivery times are provided at checkout. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external constraints.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

MAI-MITI US LLC accepts no responsibility for incorrect addresses entered during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before finalizing your order.

TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

CUSTOMS

Taxes are included in the product price for several countries. Applicable customs duties, which vary by destination, are calculated at checkout.
