Refund policy

If you wish to return a product or request a refund, you have 14 days following its receipt. Beyond this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that sale/promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Requesting a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  • Email your request to the following address: info@mai-miti.com                                                             
  • Specify the reason for your request, attach photos/videos of the item received, the tracking number, and the proof of purchase.                                                              
  • If your return/exchange request is accepted, we will send you the return address.                                                                                                                                  
  • If your refund request is accepted, it will be processed on the original payment method.

Return Requirements

  • Your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it, as well as in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return showing signs of wear or not meeting the above criteria.

  • Shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt or damage to the returned package.

  • A shipping slip with your name and order number must be included with the return and sent to us by email at: info@mai-miti.com, to ensure package identification upon receipt.

Cases Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for order delays caused by pending delivery issues (such as an insufficient address, unclaimed package, inability to contact the customer, etc.).

  • If the tracking information triggers an alert for the following reasons, we will not offer a refund or reshipment:

    • Incorrect/insufficient address

    • Package refused

    • Customs clearance

    • Non-existent number

    • Unknown recipient

  • We will refuse disputes regarding any damaged product or shipping delay caused by force majeure, an epidemic situation, an international situation, a strike, a war, an earthquake, a flood, a virus, a storm, heavy snow, or customs inspection.
