The recommended cleaning method is hand washing to preserve the seams, coating, and flexibility of the material.

Cleaning Process

Preparation:

• Turn the bag inside out and shake it to remove dirt. If the dirt is heavily ingrained, rinse it lightly with clean water (do not fill the bag with water).

Washing:

• Submerge the exterior of the bag in lukewarm water diluted with mild, pH-neutral soap.
• Avoid chemicals, bleach, abrasive products, alcohol, or solvents which can degrade the material.

Scrubbing:

• Gently rub the outside and inside of the bag with a soft cloth, microfiber towel, or a non-abrasive soft sponge.

Rinsing:

• Rinse and remove all traces of soap with clean water.

Drying:

• Dry the bag completely (to prevent mold) by positioning it upside down in a ventilated area.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources (tumble dryer, hair dryer, radiator...) as they can degrade the material and cause discoloration or hardening.

Specific Solutions

• For stubborn stains: Mix baking soda and water in a small container, then gently rub the stain with a soft cloth. Rinse immediately.
• For bad odors: Mix equal parts water and vinegar in a container, wipe the inside of the bag, and let it air dry completely.

⚠️ CAUTION: NEVER PUT THE BAG IN THE WASHING MACHINE OR TUMBLE DRYER AND AVOID PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO THE SUN.
